Điểm thú vị khi thực hiện các hạng mục nội thất của L15-HOUSE là phong cách decor, lựa chọn vật liệu ốp lát, vị trí đặt bếp và các tiện nghi đi kèm, gần như đã được định hình trong suy nghĩ của gia chủ, việc còn lại của đội ngũ KTS Đước Việt là triển khai những ý tưởng đó thành các bản vẽ thiết kế, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tiến hành thi công thật tinh xảo, tỉ mỉ, nhằm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn cao từ phía chủ nhà.

Với những tranh tường khảm bằng đá mang phong cách Mosaic, các thiết bị bếp hiện đại của LOCK&LOCKS, sử dụng các phụ kiện bếp của HAFELE, gỗ ốp lát của An Cường, đá vân mây tự nhiên, đồ nội thất cũng được lựa chọn kỹ càng từ các thương hiệu tên tuổi. Trong suốt quá trình làm việc đòi hỏi sự điều phối của các KTS và Kỹ sư Đước Việt, đảm bảo sự làm việc ăn ý giữa các đơn vị thầu phụ, thầy thợ yêu cầu tay nghề cao, thi công tỉ mẩn đến từng chi tiết.
